Workshop Performance of Scene 2-3

The workshops which took place in March 2010 examine both alternative readings of the play and alternative staging and lighting from the August

The videos below present two different versions of the part of the play where Merry Report steps up to manage proceedings on behalf of Jupiter and the Gentleman comes to sue for weather best suited to hunting. The first is performed 'straight' with modern lighting and the second is a comedic version also utilising imitation candlelight.
